Make a paste of the tulasi root and apply on the area where the insect bite and stains are found.

For all kinds of renal stones prepare a mixture of basil leaves and honey regularly. This can dissolve stones and expel them through the urinary track.

  3. I live on bananas and nuts. They are the staple of my vegetarian diet. They are nutritious and full of energy. Best part is that they combine well and make up for an infinitive variety of recipes and deserts. Thank for an interesting article and confirming that I am on the right track. :)
